The Executive Hospitality Supervision Certificate provides the opportunity for management employees from the hospitality industry to participate in graduate level education in order to further their career opportunities without full pursuance of a full graduate degree.
The Executive Hospitality Supervision Certificate is available to students who complete 15 hours of graduate-level courses in hospitality administration and achieve an overall minimum GPA of 3.0 for the 15 credit hours.
All of the courses eligible for the certificate program are taught online. Each student must work directly with an assigned hospitality advisor to select a series of courses that will fit the student's needs.
Courses include: Service Management in Human Sciences (HMS 501), Employee Development Issues in Human Sciences (HMS 502), Consumer Problems (HMS 540), Administration and Supervision in Human Sciences (HMS 545), Human Science Delivery Systems (HMS 574).
